The A&R 3 Pack of Stick Handling Balls contains three different weights to give players the perfect balance for off ice training. The red ball weighs the same as an ice hockey puck at 6 oz. The blue ball is lighter than a traditional puck to work weighing 3 oz. Lastly, there is a 10 oz metal ball built to strengthen your wrist and hands and ultimately your stickhandling.
